Thaddeus Stewart

Managing Principal

Our visionary and Managing Principal is a Licensed Architect with Fourteen years of practical architectural experience, combined with Eight years of Interior Design/Facility Planning and Twelve years of various construction types at diverse levels. Prior to starting Integrated Design & Construction, Mr. Stewart was employed with Turner Construction Company in the field, as well as in the office and worked on many award winning projects. His construction management, estimating and community affairs experiences carried over into his current desire to “design and build with the environment in mind.” Prior to this affiliation, he was the Director of Facilities for a Non-Profit Medical treatment facility in New Haven.

Mr. Stewart has the knowledge and expertise of working with private and municipal clients in Construction, Architecture, OSHA Based Safety Administration, Project/Facility Management, Business Development and Interior Design. He has a comfort level with computer applications (i.e. Prolog/Primavera database environments, Autodesk Building Suites, etc.) and has implemented and facilitated community outreach and mentoring programs for local neighborhoods. Mr. Stewart has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Howard University and has completed additional coursework in Structural Engineering Analysis (University of New Haven) and Executive Business program at Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth).

Anthony Stewart

Sr. Project Manager/Project Executive

A key component to the success of a business is great personnel and with more than 25 years of Masonry, Construction and Management leadership, Anthony exemplifies experience and aptitude. Preceding his association with I D & C in 2008, he has worked with large masonry contractors in NY and CT. He has a successful track record with demonstrated abilities in Estimating, Schedules and workflow optimization for construction projects.

Strong team builder with experience managing relationships with owners, engineers, architects and other members of a construction project Through our list of products (i.e., Project Control Tools, etc.) and services (Architecture, Engineering, Environmental and Civil), we are positioned to provide comprehensive professional insights on directing, implementing and completing design objectives and construction initiatives. We incorporate a series of QA/QC (e.g., Quality Assurance/Quality Control) processes for our project delivery method.

Zann Stewart

IT/EEO Officer

Possesses extensive technical support experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management. Skill set entails all areas of support; Project Management, Human Resources Training, Implementation, troubleshooting, administration and system conversion. Track record of success in process improvements for new systems or upgrading existing systems on various platforms. Works creatively with various MS Office applications, desktop publishing and Query based.
